This is my running log. It is hopefully another motivator for me to run each morning or each day. I hope that others can learn something from it, maybe lots and lots what not to do, but the point is really that its a motivator for me. And the name: well run fat boy run (the name of the movie) was taken, so this is what you get for thinking of something second...
